To ensure that our clinic can provide care to as many clients as possible, we now require a credit card to secure your appointment. Please note that your card will not be charged at the time of booking.

Massage Therapy

A treatment with a Registered Massage Therapist involves a thorough assessment of the client's needs, followed by a personalized treatment plan. Techniques may include Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and other specialized methods to address concerns.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic drainage massage relieves swelling that occurs when illness or medical treatment impacts your lymphatic system. Lymphatic massage involves gently manipulating specific areas of your body to move excess fluid buildup away from your tissues and toward working lymph vessels and lymph nodes so they can get rid of toxins in your body.

Low Intensity Laser Therapy (LILT)

Low-Intensity Laser Therapy (LILT), also known as photomodulation, is a non-invasive treatment that uses low-level light energy to stimulate cellular function and promote natural healing processes. Hydrotherapy

In this case our Hydrotherapy includes use of our Infrared Sauna, Dry Brushing and Paraffin Wax treatments. These treatments can be a service on its own or added on to a massage, laser therapy treatment or lymphatic massage treatment (see add-ons).

Our Signature Treatments were created to provide a holistic approach to massage therapy. Our Signature Treatments were created to provide a holistic approach to massage therapy. During her 16 years of experience our Massage Therapist, ReAnn has found that using a multifaceted approach to caring for the human body is a necessity to encourage whole health. In these treatments, you will see how she calls upon a variety of tools such as hydrotherapy, laser therapy, Chi Nei Tsang, lymphatic drainage massage, passive stretching and a variety of massage techniques to create Signature Treatments for you to benefit from and enjoy.

ReAnn Watson, RMT, CLWT.

ReAnn has been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist for over 16 years. She has since furthered her education and is also a Certified Lymphedema Therapist.

Over the years she has had the opportunity to care for, and in turn positively affect the lives of many through massage therapy, from children to the elderly; and from the not so active to the very active.

ReAnn provides therapeutic treatments and uses additional modalities such as Low Intensity Laser Therapy, Myofascial Release, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point Therapy and variety of other techniques to achieve the desired results her clients are seeking.

She is certified in Pre and Postnatal Massage Therapy; TMJ Dysfunction Therapy; Low Intensity Laser Therapy; Lymphedema Therapy; Chi Nei Tsang; as well as Hot Stone Massage Therapy.
