Massage Therapy

A treatment with a Registered Massage Therapist involves a thorough assessment of the client's needs, followed by a personalized treatment plan. Techniques may include Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and other specialized methods to address concerns.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic drainage massage relieves swelling that occurs when illness or medical treatment impacts your lymphatic system. Lymphatic massage involves gently manipulating specific areas of your body to move excess fluid buildup away from your tissues and toward working lymph vessels and lymph nodes so they can get rid of toxins in your body.

Low Intensity Laser Therapy (LILT)

The Wellness Circuit Room is a private, self-guided wellness experience designed to help you reset, restore, and recharge.

This premium circuit allows you to move at your own pace through a combination of heat, light, movement, and breath-based therapies in a calm, spa-like environment.

Your session may include use of the infrared sauna, red-light therapy face mask, whole-body vibration plate, gentle stretch and mobility area, and guided breathing or relaxation station.

The Wellness Circuit can be booked as a standalone service or as an add-on before or after your massage therapy treatment. Robes, towels, slippers, and Eminence skincare products are provided for your comfort.

Self-Guided Wellness Circuit Room

The Self-Guided Wellness Circuit Room is a private, self-guided wellness experience designed to support relaxation, recovery, and nervous system regulation. Move at your own pace through a series of gentle therapies including infrared sauna, red-light therapy, vibration plate, light movement and guided meditation. Meet Monika Sobota, RMT

Monika Sobota began her journey as a Registered Massage Therapist after graduating from D’Arcy Lane Institute in 2006, drawn to the powerful way touch can support healing—not just in the body, but in the heart and mind as well. After several years in practice, she felt called to explore the world of movement and became a certified personal trainer. That path deepened her understanding of the human body, resilience, and strength in entirely new ways.

In 2020, becoming a mother changed everything. It was a beautiful, raw, and transformative experience that awakened a new passion in her: supporting women through the profound changes of pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum journey. She immersed herself in pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise, learning how to honour and support the body during these vulnerable, powerful stages of life.

Eventually, Monika felt a strong pull to return to her roots in massage therapy—with a fresh perspective and a deeper purpose. Today, she offers care that blends the strength of deep tissue massage with the gentleness and intentionality that perinatal care deserves.

Serving the Saugeen Shores community, Monika offers deep tissue massage, prenatal massage, and postpartum recovery support. Her approach is rooted in compassion, connection, and a deep respect for the body’s wisdom. Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating postpartum, or simply seeking space to rest and restore, Monika’s goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered—just as you are.

ReAnn Watson, RMT, CLWT.

ReAnn has been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist for over 16 years. She has since furthered her education and is also a Certified Lymphedema Therapist.

Over the years she has had the opportunity to care for, and in turn positively affect the lives of many through massage therapy, from children to the elderly; and from the not so active to the very active.

ReAnn provides therapeutic treatments and uses additional modalities such as Low Intensity Laser Therapy, Myofascial Release, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point Therapy and variety of other techniques to achieve the desired results her clients are seeking.

She is certified in Pre and Postnatal Massage Therapy; TMJ Dysfunction Therapy; Low Intensity Laser Therapy; Lymphedema Therapy; Chi Nei Tsang; as well as Hot Stone Massage Therapy.

ReAnn is currently focusing on caring for her existing clients and expanding her lymphedema care practice. She will be accepting new clients exclusively for lymphatic care, while new deep tissue massage clients will be referred to other skilled massage therapists within the clinic.
